She was preceded in death her husband Ed Read; her parents and nine brothers and sisters;

Survivors include two sisters, Maudie Phillips and Ellavie Dallas; three sisters in laws, Nina Grant, Margie Grant and Mary Grant; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held Thursday, August 22, 2013 - 10:00 A.M. at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove with burial in Prairie Grove Cemetery, there will be no graveside services held at the cemetery.
