She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter Lisa Kay Stills.

Survivors include her husband Gary Phillips; two daughters Lora Dunnam and Cherie Boyd; two brothers Johnny Kelley and Jack Kelley.

At her request there will be no funeral service held. Burial was in the Farmington Cemetery.
