68, a resident of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, passed away Monday, February 16, 2026 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born June 20, 1957 in Monnett, Missouri, the daughter of Joe and Etta (Campbell) Parker.

Kathy held a special love for art, music, and the ocean, drawing comfort and inspiration from their beauty and tranquility.

She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Rod Brown; four siblings, Annette Bartholomew, Joe Parker, and Lester Parker and Vivian Parker; and one grand-baby, Brianna.

She is survived by three children, Natasha Marquez and husband Raul of Fayetteville, AR, Treva Rae McNaught of Salina, OK, and Travis; eight grandchildren, Gracie, Abby, Sheldon, William, Haylie, Emily, Sky, and Jett; three great-grandchildren, Bryce, Emberlyn, and Nolan; two siblings, John Parker, Barbra Parker; and her nieces, Kristy, Crystal, Christina, Samantha and one nephew Dayton.
