Margaret Marie Curtsinger

70 a resident of Prairie Grove, passed away September 29, 2013 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born April 23, 1943 in Wichita, Kansas, the daughter of Lewis Smith and Clara Mae Huyett Bateman.

Her family moved to Prairie Grove in 1955 where she attended high school. In 1961 she married her husband of 52 years, Troy Curtsinger. They had four children, with whom Margaret was very involved. She enjoyed scouting, ballgames, traveling, flowers, reading and anything crafty. She loved to cook for her family and spend time with her grandchildren. She was a retired seamstress and homemaker.

Survivors include her husband Troy Curtsinger; four children, Kandy Curtsinger, Barrett Curtsinger and wife Gwen, Scott Curtsinger and wife LaDonna, John Curtsinger and wife Tonya, all of Prairie Grove; ten grandchildren, Ryan, Jarrett, Shanda, Brandie, Britton, Ethan, Alexa, Dalton, Carly and Cameryn and ten great grandchildren.

Memorial service will be held Wednesday, October 2, 2013 - 10:00 A.M. at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove.
