She was the daughter of Sherman and Martha (Watkins) Sisemore. She was preceded in death by one son James Lindon Boyd and her parents.

She was survived by her husband Jack of the home. She was also survived by two daughters of Janie Boyd of Fort Myers, Flordia and Janice and Larry Manry of Fayetteville, Arkansas; and six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
