Helen Ruby Harlan

Helen Harlan Boyd, 95, of Idaho Falls, died May 8, 1993, at Idaho Falls Care Center of natural causes.

She was born Feb. 26, 1898, at St. Anthony, Iowa, to Frank W. and Ruby E. Stough Harlan. She attended schools in Iowa and Buhl.

She married Marvin E. Boyd on March 2, 1928, at Buhl.

She lived at Buhl for 15 years, then moved to Gooding, where she lived for 35 years. She lived in Mountain Home for 28 years, Boise for five years and moved to Idaho Falls a year ago to be near her son.

She was a member of the Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband of Idaho Falls; a son, James Boyd of Idaho Falls; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a daughter and a brother.
