William Luginbill, son of John Luginbill and Elizabeth Welty Luginbill, was born November 9, 1849, at Waynesburg, Homes County, Ohio. he was married in 1877 to Anna Barbara Grossenbacher who was born in Switzerland, November 9, 1854, and had come to American when she was fifteen years old. The family in Spicer Precinct, and two children wre born to the union, John Christian and Elizabeth. William died December 23, 1927, and Anna Barbara died April 9, 1905.
They were charter member of the Four Mile Congregational Church. On March 1, 1885 the Four Mile Church became a Reformed Church of the United States.
