{30) JAMES PULASKI EDMISTON, (Zebulon Brevard, 4 etc.), was born l4 Nov. l8S3; died 7 April l907; {l) l2 Sept. 1877 to Mary E. Central, Box 20 Feb 1858; died 27 April 1882; m. (2) to Loretta Annie Russell, born 1862; died 6 June 1901; m. (3) 22 March 1903 to Emma Otie Green, (daughter of Judge Henderson P. Greene, of Prairie Grove, born ca. 1875.
He moved from Cane Hill to Fayetteville about 1900 so that his children might attend the University o! Arkansas. While living in Fayetteville he operated a grocery store. Because of his wife's illness they returned to Cane Hill, but she died shortly afterward, and he then became manager to the grocery department of The Southern Mercantile Company in Prairie Grove.
(31) DAVID NOAH 5 EDMISTON, (Zebulon Brevard,4 etc.), born 25 August 1855; died 28 April 1928; m, 8 Dec. 1886 to Annie E. Lacy, (Dau, of Thome Henderson am Mary Eliza (McClellan) Lacy), b. 11 April 1859; d. 22 Jan. 1944
In 1880, he was a dry goods merchant in Hog Eye, Ark. Later returned to Cane Hill to join his brothers in operating the store their father had founded. Finally, he operated an independent store, until he retired.
