Francis "Frank" Marion Howard

HOWARD, F.M. – F.M. Howard filed Veteran Application #23413 with the Confederate Pension Board of Washington County for a Confederate pension and it was received as allowed August 16, 1916 at the State, citing service with the Texas Cavalry in 1864 and 1865. Mr. Howard died March 11, 1919. His widow, Margaret R. Howard filed Widow Application #23413 with the Confederate Pension Board of Washington County for a Confederate widow pension and it was received as allowed August 13, 1919 at the State.
