CRAWFORD, “Uncle Billy” - “Uncle Billy” Crawford of Prairie Grove

valley, was found dead in his bed Sunday morning last, supposed to have

died from heart disease. Mr. Crawford was among the first settlers of this

county and was one of our best and most highly respected citizens. These

noble old pioneers are fast passing away and now only a few of them are
