He was born in West Fork,AR to Estel and Florence Maddox Winn. He was a retired industrial engineer and a member of the Elks Lodge. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Velma Winn.

He was 86 when he passed away at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, AR. I have a copy of his obit from Morning news.
