Annette Rankin

Annette Stobaugh Mobley, 91, of Little Rock, passed away Friday, August 18, 2017. She was born March 30, 1926 in Morrilton, a daughter of the late Ernest Rankin and the late Lucille Clerget Rankin. She was a homemaker and of the Methodist Faith. She loved painting and traveling. She had the opportunity to visit 11 foreign countries and Hawaii.

Survivors include one son: Chuck and wife Jeanie Stobaugh of Little Rock; one sister: Mary Dean Lyford of Little Rock; four grandchildren: Donna, Kim, Nikki, and Parker; and two great-grandchildren: Heather and Danielle.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by first husband: Babe Stobaugh; three daughters: Julia, Judy, and Beth; and her second husband: Bobby Joe Mobley.

Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 26, 2017 at Elmwood Cemetery with Pastor Art Horn officiating. Family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. At Annette's request, visitation and services are to be casual dressed. Pallbearers will be Parker Stobaugh, Lee Littrell, David Stobaugh, Robert Stobaugh, Barry Stobaugh, and Bart Stobaugh.
