Robert Bob R. Mitchell

Bob R. Mitchell, age 71, died January 27, 2001. He was born June 13, 1929 to Claude & Myrtle Johnson Mitchell in Lubbock, Texas. Mr. Mitchell was a U. S. Army veteran, and retired from Lee Way Motor Freight after 31 years, and from Deaconess Hospital. He was a member of the Canadian Hills Church of the Nazarene.

He is survived by his wife, Marilyn; daughter, Donna Smith, Oklahoma City; son, Ron Mitchell, San Jose, California; brother, Clarence Mitchell, Sulphur Springs, Texas; 4 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 31, 2001, at Canadian Hills Church of the Nazarene, with interment in Bethany Cemetery.
