Tributes

I would like to express my condolences to the family and friends of Garland Smith. The loss of a loved one is never easy and feels so unnatural. That is because we all have the desire to live forever. Our loving Creator has promised that he will one day do away with death (Revelation 21:3,4) and we will have the opportunity to live forever in a paradise (Psalms 37:10,11). There you can welcome your loved ones back (John 5:28,29a). May those verses bring you some comfort in your time of mourning.

I am so sorry to hear of Garland's passing. He was always so sweet to me as a little girl, and always had the best smile! I have very fond memories of him and spending time at his home with Ann & Randy. He was very good to my Dad who worked with him for many, many years which I will always be thankful for. He was the first person I ever knew whose birthday was Valentine's Day and I thought that was so cool...will always be reminded of him on that day! Thinking of all of you during this difficult time.
