Age 78, a resident of Farmington, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2023 in Farmington, Arkansas. She was born November 22, 1944 in Greenland, Arkansas, the daughter of Goldie and Mary (Newman) Yoes.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Max Newman and Robert Yoes, and two sisters Elizabeth Peters and Doris Jean Stout.

Survivors include her daughter Marlena Hallett and her husband Wydall of Van Buren, Arkansas; one son Russell Simmons of Greenland, Arkansas; six grandchildren Alaina Cope of Garland, Texas, Robert Rushworth of Garland, Texas, Ricky Rushworth and his wife Ellisa of Van Buren, Arkansas, Alyeska Hartsfield and her husband Chance of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Arianna Rushworth of Van Buren, Arkansas, and Joseph Simmons of Mountainburg, Arkansas; four great grandchildren Nevaeh, Madison, Karmyn-Jade all of Allen, Texas, and Syd Rushworth of Van Buren, Arkansas; siblings Bill Yoes and his wife Shelba of Greenland, Arkansas, Claudela Jones of Springdale, Arkansas, and Geraldine Tony of Centerton, Arkansas; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove.
