i don't want to type for too long or i'll start to cry. i spent some time with my cousin mikey when i lived out there. before then i hadn't seen him since i was like 5 years old. all of the memoreies i have are great ones. he introduced me to dip and everclear. and i remember his annoying friend that wouldn't leave me alone. very protective and loving over his younger cousin. i will miss him very much. i wish i could be there with my family through all of this. but we all weren't born into a rich family and well money doesn't permit me coming. it sucks. but what can i do. i have pictures that mikey drew for me. when i come back there i will be happy to share them. he loved to draw, loved metallica, and loved his family. i love him and you all.

Michael was a beautiful child and I feel sad for our entire family. Our family has shared so much grief in the past decade. I remember Michael coming with my brother Mike and Francis to my wedding in 1995, everyone had a great time. Michael will always hold a special place in my heart and my prayers for eternity. I believe God will watch over him and protect him from the unjustice that the town of Lincoln, Arkansas is putting this family through. Justice will come in the end and the slayer will be punishable by God and to that degree justice will have been served. I pray we can all remember the good times that we were allowed to enjoy together and to carry those joys in our heart until we have been invited to join Michael in heaven and there after. I can't bare to be there to see my brothers heart being ripped out nor can I see Francis break down at this time of pain. I hope I never have to feel the pain of having my child taken from me in such a cruel way. I love the both of you. Michaels life was taken on the my brother Williams birthday, they will be joining each other soon along with my father(Michaels grandfather). May God let them all rest in peace together from this day forward. Rebecca, take care of your parents as they will need all your strenght and support. Love always Aunt Pat

We are so sorry to hear the bad news! We have known Mikey almost from the day of his birth and learned to love him. One of the last times we saw him was at church here in Moberly, MO and he was as glad to see us as we were to see him. He had grown into a handsome young man. Mike and Francie have been good friends through the years and our heart breaks for both of them. Much love and prayers to each one of you and all of the family!

"Mikey" you probably never knew me but I knew you from when you were very small and we all lived in Tulsa, OK. I once had the opporunity to baby sit you and your sister, Rebecca. I left and moved away and lost contact with a lot of people from Tulsa. Fortunately, I never left those memories behind. And I am thankful to have known you if even for a short moment in time. News of this tragedy hit me pretty hard because I know first hand how fragile life can be. But for the grace of God, I would not have the opporunity to write this tribute to you. I will keep your family in my prayers as I couldn't begin to know how they feel to have lost a child or a sibling. May God be with you all, Mike, Francie and Rebecca.

The thing that we remember most about Michael is that he was so tender before the lord and could cry easily. When the Lord would bless him he would cry for long periods of time. We always enjoyed seeing him along with our boys down front of the church praising God. Francie, we are so sorry for your loss. We can't imagine what you are going through. Family in God, I was privileged to know Mikey when we were teenagers. I remember the youth meetings that we went to and playing in the tulsa band. I remember the Sabastopol meeting when we stayed in Sister Igler's parents house what a good time we had. He always made me laugh. He was a good friend to me during that time and I will miss him greatly. My love and prayers go to all who new him for he will be sorely missed.

Uncle Mike,Aunt Frances,& Rebecca, I was so sorry to hear about Mikie my heart aches for the pain you must be feeling now but I know Mikie is in heaven with God now. Mikie was a great person and cousin. I can't beleive he is gone,I can still hear him telling a funny story or just joking around with me.He was quite a guy and he will be missed by all of us who knew and loved him.

Mikey was a great musician with a big heart. When we bought Janet a clarinet down at Brians store, Mikey saw that Tyler was feeling kind of left out and gave him an old coronet of his to start learning to play. Tyler played it for a while, but has since stopped. But he will not get rid of the coronet. Mike, Francie, and Becky, you guys are in our thoughts and prayers.

Though I really didn't know Mikey much as an adult, I have many fond memories of us playing together as children. He was my brother's best bud, and he was always having Israel do something crazy. OH the stories I could tell. Seems like in everyones life there is that one chid that creates wonderfully funny stories for us to tell. MIKEY was that "one" for us. Mike Sr. lived a life that won James to the Lord and to a the greatest vision on earth! We have been true blue friends everyday ever since. When they moved back from Wilburton they lived in our home for about 8 months.It was a God willed experience. I love "MIKEY" deeply and will miss his laugh...... The last we seen him was a few months ago when he visited church he stayed at the alter for the longest. James and I stayed and talked with him for a long time after everyone else was gone He is sheltered safe in the arms of God.

We are really sorry about the loss of Michael. We cannot imagine the emptiness you are experiecing right now. You all are in our prayers.

mike was a sweet kid in gaca and as he grew up his many tallents began to develope. I have a charcoal painting he did of a mutual friend of ours, tyler edens.Then as mike explored his musical tallents he became an accomplished trumpet player in our Christian band. now he has a harp in heaven. love, bud and lula walls.
