Stephen Louis Parker
Age 75, a resident of Springdale, Arkansas, previously of Farmington, passed away Thursday, August 14, 2025 at his home in Springdale, Arkansas. He was born February 23, 1950 in Fallbrook, California, the son of Louis V and Jacqueline (Chamness) Parker.
Stephen attended the University of Arkansas. He is a member of the Catholic Church as well as the Knights of Columbus, and had served the church as a Eucharistic Minister. He was an avid outdoors man, he loved to hunt and fish as well as teach others to do the same. He was a member of the NRA. He was a generous and loving husband, father and grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters Debbie Moody and Janice Dailey.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years Charlotte Ann Parker; one son Michael S. Parker of Cameron Park, California; one daughter Jacquelyn R. Alley of Cave Springs, Arkansas; six grandchildren Curtis Parker, Elijah Parker, Malia Alley, Vivien Alley, Nolan Alley and Madeline Parker.
The family will receive friends Friday, August 22 from 5-6pm at Luginbuel Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be held Saturday, August 23, at 10am in Luginbuel Chapel. Burial will be in the Farmington Cemetery in Farmington, Arkansas.
