Virgie Mae Jones

101, a resident of Lincoln, Arkansas, passed away June 17, 2011 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born August 15, 1909 in Wedington, Arkansas, the daughter of Robert A. and Elizabeth Hudson Hunton.

She was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church and has been a long time resident of Lincoln.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Ollie McHone, Floyd Jackson and Wyman Jones; five brothers, Emery Hunton, Dalton Hunton, Raymond Hunton Gordon Hunton, and Floyd Hunton; one sister, Gladys Tincher.

Survivors include; One son, Robert McHone of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; three daughters, Ora Stoner of Washington State, Iona Fuchs of Gallatin, Missouri, and Vivian Newton of Springdale, Arkansas; one brother, Eual Hunton of Lincoln, Arkansas; two sisters, Jewell Behl of Cane Hill, Arkansas and Dora Hobbs of Portales, New Mexico; one step daughter, LaVaughn Nash of Missouri, eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren.

Family will receive friends on Monday evening from 6:00-7:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.

Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, June 21, 2011 - 2:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, with Elder Mark Green officiating. Burial will be in Beaty Cemetery in Lincoln, Arkansas, there will be no graveside services held at the cemetery.
