Mary Jane and family, I'm so sorry for your loss. My prayers are sent to you all
Merice mills - Friend

Words can't explain how heartbroken Brad and I are. Billy was one of the kindest, God loving men we have ever known. His unselfish care and compassion for others can never be replaced. His message each Sunday was always an inspiration for us all to love and follow the word of God. We know he is in heaven with his special smile waiting to greet us all. May the lord somehow give you strength and comfort at this difficult time.

I'm so shocked. I had just waited on Mr Billy and Mrs Mary Jane yesterday afternoon at the pizza place in town. He was just fine and healthy and as sweet as ever. My heart is heavy and I can only imagine how Mrs Mary Jane and Morgan are feeling. Morgan sure did love her papaw. I'm so terribly sorry for your loss. I'm always here for you Mrs Mary Jane. You and your family will be in my prayers. <3

As we learned of Billy's passing, our hearts are so heavy for the loss of our pastor and friend. The love for his own family as well as his church family was so evident ,it was one of the reasons we felt so at home at "The Little Country Church on the Hill" as he would say.We will always remember how proud he was every time Michelle would sing a special and especially the last couple of years as Morgan began to sing specials at our services.Billy's love for his community was so strong that I am certain he is smiling and telling everyone he meets in heaven he from Rheas Mill.

I was truly saddened to learn of Billy's passing. Our friendship started in our younger days on a bus ride to Little Rock to enlist in the Air Force. We were close buddies during those few months of basic training and then went our separate ways. I enjoyed visiting with Billy in later years about those times. My most sincere condolences to the family.
