Jerry Dane McKee, 85, a resident of Prairie Grove, AR went to be with his Lord on August 1, 2011 at the Veteran's Hospital in Fayetteville, AR. He was born May 10, 1926 in Prairie Grove, AR the son of Garland and Florence McKee. He was a member of the Little Elm Missionary Baptist Church in Farmington, AR. Jerry was a devoted and loving husband, a precious step-dad, grandpa and great- randpa. To the little ones he was "Papa Jerry". He is dearly loved by all his family and many, many friends. Jerry worked as a farmer all his life in Prairie Grove, AR. He was a World War II Veteran serving with the United States Army. He served with a Tank Battalion in Germany from 1944~1946.
