Garry Rex Hurst 67 a resident of Prairie Grove, Arkansas passed away February 25, 2014 in Springdale, Arkansas. He was born December 6, 1946 at Prairie Grove, the son of Sidney Renzo and Clara May Whited Hurst. Garry loved and served the Lord with all of his heart, mind, soul and strength. He showed kindness, gentleness, honesty and patience in each area of his life. He attended the Prairie Grove and Lincoln Church of God regularly. Besides enjoying church he liked gardening, farming and the outdoors. He was preceded in death by his mother Clara Whited Hurst, his father Renzo Hurst, one son in law Ron Hill, one granddaughter Elisabeth Callahan. He is survived by one son Roger Hurst of West Fork; three daughters Judy Phipps of Westville, Donna Hill of Springdale, Aimee Callahan of Stilwell; one brother Wayne Hurst; one sister Melba Cluck of Morrow; eighteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Thursday afternoon from 6:00 until 7:00 at the Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove. Funeral Service will be held Friday February 28, 2014 2:00 P.M.
