Wilma Louise Carter 74, a lifetime resident of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, went to be with her Lord on May 11, 2011 at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born October 8, 1936 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, the daughter of Lewis Melvin and Nora Melvina Phillips Cooper. She was a member of the Center Point Church of God in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her two sons, Jeff and Marty Carter and two sisters, Margie Bozarth and Neoma Reeves. Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Vernon Carter; one brother, Marshall Cooper of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; one sister, Wanda Bartholomew also of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; two grandsons, Brian Carter and Colin Carter and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6:00-7:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, May 14, 2011 - 10:00 A.M. at the Center Point Church of God in Prairie Grove, Arkansas with W.C. Blanton officiating.
