Darlene Elkins, age 77, of Farmington died Thursday September 20, 2012 in Fayetteville. She was born September 30, 1934 in Farmington to Herbert Eugene Dorman and Sarah Castile Dorman. She was a member of Farmington Methodist Church and retired from the Social Security office after thirty six years of service. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Raymond C. Buddy Elkins; three sisters, Miriam Lee, Betty Jo Wray, Priscilla McCuistion; three brothers, Dr. Harlan Smith, Herbert Eugene Dorman II and David Warren Dorman. She is survived by three sons, Raymond C. Elkins II of Farmington, AR; Tracy W. Elkins of Farmington, AR; Eugene N. Elkins and his wife Hebe of Prairie Grove, AR; two sisters, Wanda Sue Allen of Springdale, AR; Martha DeVault of Farmington, AR; one granddaughter, Eva Terese Darlene Elkins; four step grandsons and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm Sunday September 23, 2012 at Moore’s Chapel in Fayetteville. Graveside service will be 10:00 am Monday at Farmington Cemetery under the direction of Moore’s Chapel. Honorary pallbearers will be Tracy Silvis, Todd Silvis, Lonnie Silvis, Marcus Dorman, Herbert Dorman III, Wesley Stevens and Chaizi Alikor.
