Herchel Loren Phipps

Herchel Loren Phipps, 69, of Savoy, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on December 26, 2016, at Willard Walker Hospice in Fayetteville. He was born October 26, 1947, in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. He was a graduate of Farmington High School. He served in the U S Navy from October 1965 - October 1968 with honorable discharge. He was retired. He was preceded in death by his parents, Herchel Earl and Erma Lee Cowan Phipps, grandparents, Earl and Grace Hays Phipps, Elzie and Fludia Jones Cowan. He is survived by his sister, Linda Phipps Sims (Wayne), and his brother, Larry Phipps (Rosemary) and nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. A celebration of his life will be scheduled at a later date.
