Winnie Fern Brown 84, of Siloam Springs died June 4, 2007, at Summers. She was born March 26, 1923, in Cincinnati to James and Clyde Roberson Randolph. She was a former employee of Woodland Manor, Franklin Electric and the Stratton Veterinary Clinic. She was a golden member of the Siloam Springs Riding Club and attended Norwood Community Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ervin Brown, and one daughter, Cleo Geneive Brown. Survivors include two daughters, Jannette Honea of Summers and Rhonda Blair of Siloam Springs; one brother, Russell Randolph of St. Helens, Ore.; one sister, Bonnie Earheart of Holden, Mo.; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at Old Union Cemetery in Cincinnati. The Rev. Chuck Bengtson will officiate.
