RANDOLPH, John F. - {from Trident} Died, May 13 at 10 a.m., John F.
Randolph. The doctors say he had pus poison, he had an abscess in his side
over one of the kidneys and would not give up for a surgical operation until
his blood become pus poisoned. Dr. Webster opened his side last Thursday
and drew out a pint of pus. He was in bed just one week up to the time of
his death. He leaves a wife and eight children to mourn his loss. The remains
will be interred tomorrow in the Lewis cemetery by the Masonic
