Nathan D Mefford Sr. Age 100, a resident of Prairie Grove, went to be with his Lord on Monday, April 30, 2018. He was born August 7, 1917 in Lincoln, Arkansas, the son of Nathan Dee and Mary Magdalene (Prescott) Mefford. He was preceded in death by his wife Marjorie Ardella Mefford, his parents, two brothers and three sisters. Survivors include two sons Nathan D Mefford and wife Charolette and John Mefford and wife Linda; two daughters Clarice Edgin and Carol Reed and husband Harold Leo; thirteen grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren, sixteen great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Friday, May 4, 2018, 6:00-8:00 PM at Luginbuel Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, May 5th, 2018, at First Baptist Church in Lincoln, Arkansas. Burial will be in the Beaty Cemetery, there will be no graveside service held.
