Mary Lee Dexter 82, a resident of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, went to be with her Lord April 19, 2006, at her home near Prairie Grove. She was born May 20, 1923, at Mountainburg, Arkansas, the daughter of Robert C. and Sarah E. Harrell Vaught. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Prairie Grove and a valuable wife of a career Naval Officer; she was also a member of a local bridge club. Survivors include her husband, Dillon Dexter of the home; one son, Greg Dexter of Fayetteville, Arkansas; one sister, Bobbie J. Peters of Fayetteville, Arkansas. Visitation will begin Friday at the Luginbuel Chapel. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, April 22, 2006 - 11:00 A.M. at the First Presbyterian Church in Prairie Grove with the Rev. John King officiating. Burial will be in Vaught Cemetery near Mountainburg, Arkansas. Memorial may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Prairie Grove, 208 Bush St. - Prairie Grove, AR 72753. Pallbearers will be Hugh Cobb, LeRoy Duell, Ron Revard, Kenneth Collinge, Jim Vaught and Robert C. Vaught. Honorary Pallbearers will be Clinton Vaught, James Faddis and Mark L. McCabe. Arrangements are under the direction of the Luginbuel Funeral Home of Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
