Patsy Ann Harvey Age 85, a resident of Rogers, Arkansas, previously of Farmington, passed away Sunday, August 17, 2025 in Rogers, Arkansas. She was born March 8, 1940 in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the daughter of Clifford W. and Katie Kathryn (Thurman) Clevenger. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Kenneth Harvey, four brothers Clifford Clevenger Jr., Charles Clevenger, Cecil Clevenger, and Billy Clevenger, three sisters Lois Kimball, Betty Clevenger, and Pearl Tannehill. Survivors include her son Keith Harvey and his wife Alice ; her daughter Cindy Watkins and her husband Tim; one sister Joy Mayes; six grandchildren Gerrod, Ashlynn, Megan, Larry, Jerry and Lee; six great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Thursday, August 21, 2025, from 7:00-8:00 PM at Luginbuel Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, August 22nd, 2025, at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Burial will be in the Farmington Cemetery, there will be no graveside service held.
