Alta Lee Oliver 87, a resident of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, passed away January 14, 2008 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born August 9, 1920 at Lawton OK the daughter of Henry and Hallie Marie Gilliam Cannon. Alta was a member of the Prairie Grove Church of God. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Rev. Guy Oliver; one daughter, Bobbie Joe Oliver; one brother, Bill Cannon; one son-in-law Paul Richard Dickerson and one sister-in-law Flora Bond. Survivors include two daughters, Pat Dickerson of Lincoln, Arkansas and Margaret E. Oliver of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; one brother-in-law, Jimmy Bond of Lincoln, Arkansas; three grandsons, Walter H. Dickerson and wife Misty, Richard L. Dickerson and wife Loretta, Tsgt. Thomas Dickerson and wife Erin; six great grandchildren, Dakota and Tyler Dickerson, Emma Ryan, Madison and Gabrielle Raines, and Paul Dawson Dickerson; several nephews, nieces and a host of friends
