Charlotte Ann Hawkins 58 a resident of Prairie Grove passed away July 9, 2016 in Fayetteville. She was born September 19, 1957 in Fayetteville the daughter of Bill Newton and Millie Marie Rush Hulse. She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Richard Hawkins. Survivors include her husband Paul Hawkins; one son Billy Hawkins of Prairie Grove; one brother Roger Hulse and wife Carol of Prairie Grove; five grandchildren, Elizabeth Allgood, Owen Hawkins, Jason Hawkins, Robby Kearney, and Izzy Kearney. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday at the Luginbuel Chapel Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, July 12, 2016-10:00 A.M. at the Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove with sister Freda McLeroy officiating.
