Roy Lee Smith Age 64, a resident of West Fork, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2023 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born September 17, 1959 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the son of Curtis Wayne and Jephaline Sue (Henson) Smith. Lee served in the United States Marine Corps. as a Lance Corporal. He was well known in Northwest Arkansas and Oklahoma for his concrete work. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Rickey and Billy Smith, two sisters Linda Smith and Teresa Smith-Dash. Survivors include son Joshua Lee Smith of Skiatook, Oklahoma and his mother Regina Estes; daughter Tiffanie Sue Smith, two sons Kody Curtis Smith, and Christopher Chance Smith and their mother Reta Drain all of West Fork, Arkansas; his fiance Charlene Goolsby of Fayetteville, Arkansas; twelve grandchildren; and five nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Friday, December 1st, 2023, at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
