Helen Virginia Taylor daughter of Lawrence and Grace (Wyrick) Brisco, was born on January 16, 1926 in Berryville, Arkansas and departed this life on Monday, October 4, 2010 in Fayetteville, Arkansas at the age of 84 years, 8 months and 19 days. Helen liked to sing and play the guitar. She enjoyed time spent outdoors and catching the big fish. Helen attended Bethel Church and loved her church family. Her husband, Tom, was her soul mate for 39 years. They had a wonderful, loving marriage. Helen loved her family and enjoyed every minute she had to spend with them. She was very proud of her dogs and liked taking care of them. She was a great and wonderful wife, mother and friend. Her presence will be missed. She was preceded in death by her parents: Lawrence and Grace Brisco, brother: Homer Albright, sister: Lorine Brisco, infant sister: Lilly Irene Albright and her brother that passed while still a child: Doyle Lee Brisco. Keeping her memory are her husband: Tom Taylor of the home in Westville, OK, son: Jeffrey Hancock and wife Sandy of Ray’s Mill, AR, brothers: James Charles Albright and wife Christine of Lincoln, Arkansas, Jeff Albright and wife Anna Bernice of Lincoln, AR. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends. Funeral services were held at Roberts Chapel, Westville, Oklahoma on Monday, October 11, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Danny Willard officiating. Interment followed at Summers Cemetery under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home, Westville, OK.
