Obituary Notice A. D. "Jack" Turner, 74, passed away Saturday in a local hospital. Member of Eastwood Church of Christ. He was a pioneer water well drilling contractor in New Mexico from 1928 until retirement. He was owner of Turner's Drilling and Racher Supplies. Survived by wife, Mrs. Imogene R. Turner of El Paso, Texas, son Donald Alfred Turner of Grants, New Mexico, daughters, Joyce Marks, Grants, New Mexico, Mary Helen Johnson and Debbie Hammonds, both of El Paso, Texas. 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren. brother Van Turner of Albuquerque, New Mexico, sister Mary Crudup and Lucille Moris both of Lincoln, Arkansas. Several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Eastwood Church of Christ (10104 Alburm). Mr. David Lusk officiating. Active pallbearers, Jim Springer, Dean Hammonds, Roger Mac, Richard Mace, John Slussher, Gary Morris, Honorary pallbearers, Phil Benford and Michael Long. Burial in Evergreen East Ceemetery under direction of Martin Funeral Home - 3839 Montana (566-3955)
