Dale Leon Neugin 72 a resident of Lincoln, Arkansas, passed away June 28, 2011 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born January 21, 1939 in Proctor, Oklahoma, the son of Jack and Annie Mode Neugin. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Robert, Burl, and Louis Neugin and two sisters, Marie Collier and Peggy Marshall. Survivors include his wife, Rachel Neugin; four children, Robbin Bates and her husband, Mark of Coweta, Oklahoma, Sherrie Hayes and her husband, Lyle of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, Randy Seale and his wife, Lisa of Ponotoc, Mississippi and Joye Farris and her husband, Kent of Booneville, Mississippi; one brother, Orvil Neugin of Dumas, Texas; nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6:00-7:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Funeral Service will be held Friday, July 1, 2011 - 2:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, with Randy Burris officiating. Burial will be in Proctor Cemetery in Proctor, Oklahoma, there will be no graveside services held at the cemetery.
