Belva “Polly” Adaline Meade 80 a resident of Decatur, Arkansas, passed away April 20, 2014 in Bentonville, Arkansas. She was born December 9, 1933 in Washington County, Arkansas, the daughter of Daniel Cleland and Jewel Osborne Willis. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Cecil Meade, two brothers Sam and Harold Gene Willis and one sister Doris Griffin. Survivors include one son Jack Meade of Decatur, Arkansas; two daughters, Lisa Price of Rose, Oklahoma and Linda Meade of Decatur, Arkansas; one sister, Mary Lou Spears of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one brother D.C. Willis of Skiatook, Oklahoma. two grandchildren, Eli Adair of Norman, Oklahoma and Pamela Price of Centerton, Arkansas. Memorial service will be held Thursday, April 24, 2014 - 10:00 A.M. at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
