CROZIER, Charles Oliver of Dutch Mills, Arkansas was born December 23, 1840 in Tennessee, the son of John Barton Crozier, born at Knoxville, Knox County, Tennessee and his wife Katherine Oliver, daughter of Charles Oliver of Tennessee. He was a Democrat and a Methodist. He served in the 15th Arkansas Infantry. He married Mary Chandler, daughter of Preston Chandler and wife Basha Ann Bartlett of Washington County, Arkansas.
