Billie Jean Tucker Age 78, a resident of Lincoln, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on July 7, 2025, at her home with her two daughters by her side. She was born on May 1, 1947, in Fresno, California, the daughter of William and Illa Jean Lay. She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Tommy Tucker; her parents, and two sisters, Sharon Falconburg & Mary Mallard and two brothers, Tom Lay & Jim Mallard. Survivors include her two daughters, Anita Calico and husband Bill of Lincoln and Renee Erisman and husband Matt of Springdale; brother and sister-in-law, Leon and Jeanine Tucker of Lincoln; sister-in-law, Donna Mallard of Kansas City, MO; Five grandchildren, Ashtin, Dawson, and Libby Calico of Lincoln, & Alexa Shafer and her husband Caleb of Fayetteville and Asa Erisman of Springdale; nieces Jodi Cummings and Devin Hicks & nephew Alex Falconburg; and several great & great-great nieces & nephews. The family will receive friends Thursday, July 17, 2025, 6:00-7:00 PM at Luginbuel Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, July 18th, 2025, at Liberty Baptist Church in Dutch Mills, Arkansas. Burial w\ill be in the Dutch Mills Cemetery, there will be no graveside services held. A scholarship fund for Lincoln Students has been set up at Arvest in Billie's honor for her 35 years of service in the Lincoln School District.
