William was the son of Absalom Price and Charlotte Caroline Freeman Pedigo (surname also recorded Perrigo). William married Harriett Dorinda Vaughn on Aug 12, 1875 in Monroe County, Kentucky. Harriett was the daughter of John and Louisa Huddleston Vaughn. William and Hattie had at least the following children: Matthew Mathis (1879-1949) Adaline Permelia (1883-1957) James Absalom (1885-1975) Louisa C (1892-1930) Isaac Cardwell (1893-1974) Martha Ann (1896-1945) William was buried in Farmington Cemetery on Jul 19, 1939.
