Roger David Cumbie 79 a resident of Prairie Grove, passed away June 16, 2015 at his home. He was born May 18, 1936 in Greenwood, Arkansas, the son of Lee Everett and Cora Barrett Cumbie. Roger retired from Con Agri and has operated the Trading Post in Prairie Grove for the last 20 years. Roger was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Frank Cumbie, four sisters Bonnie Carson, Lavona Tuckel, Kathryn Ebbercht and Louise Gibson and two nieces Melissa Cumbie and Lee Ann Goins. He is survived by his wife 51 years Betty Baker Cumbie. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 12:00-1:00 P.M. prior to the funeral. Funeral Service will be held Thursday June 18, 2015 1:00 P.M. at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery in Springdale, there will be no graveside services held at the cemetery.
