Ada Rankin (90405332) Madison County Record, 1977 Mrs. Ada Jewel Rankin, 65, of Decatur, died at her home Oct. 14 after an extended illness. Born July 5, 1912, in Madison County, she was a member of the Church of Christ and a resident of Decatur for the past 20 years. Survivors include one son, Terry Rankin, Decatur; two daughters, Mrs. Janette Wood, Tulsa, and Mrs. Rema Lowe, Gentry; three sisters, Mrs. Era Phillips, Huntsville, Mrs. Audry Rowlette, David, Calif, and Mrs. Vista Bradley, Fayetteville; 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Monday in Wasson Memorial Chapel, Siloam Springs, with Ted Johnson officiating. Burial was in Decatur Cemetery under the direction of Wasson Funeral Service.
