RAMEY, Eldon M. - {from Johnson) Eldon M. Ramey died Sunday at the home of his father-in-law, W.P. Langford, at Fayetteville after a long illness which was caused by typhoid fever and complications which terminated in quick consumption. A wife and two little children, besides a number of other loving relatives and friends are left to mourn the death of Eldon who was just entering the prime of young manhood when stricken by disease. The funeral services were to be held Monday evening after which he was to be laid to rest in Evergreen cemetery at Fayetteville. [The Springdale News 2/9/1906] (from Johnson} Mrs. May Ramey and children, Grace and Dayne, came out Sunday evening to spend a few days with relatives and friends. Mrs. Ramey is the widow of the late E.M. Ramey and resides at Fayetteville at present. [The Springdale News 3/2/1906]
