Jason Clay Hulse Age 38, a resident of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, June 28, 2018 in Tontitown, Arkansas. He was born July 29, 1979 in Fairbanks, Alaska, the son of Jim and Janet (Ramey) Hulse. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Mary and Henry Ramey and Hugh and Lucille Williams. Survivors include his two children Michael Lindsey and Lillie Lindsey both of Springdale; his father Jim Hulse of West Fork; his mother Janet Hammer and husband James of Greenland; his fiance' Deanna King of Siloam Springs; one brother Jimmy Hulse of West Fork; one nephew Dylon Hulse of Greeland and two nieces Delaney Hulse of Springfield, Missouri and Denver Hulse of Greenland. The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
