Lizzie Weir Wilson

ROSS, Lizzie - {from The Prairie Grove Herald] Mrs. Lizzie Ross, wife of Mr. James Ross, died Thursday afternoon, July 14th at her home at Cane Hill after an illness of about two years with a tubercular trouble. Mrs. Ross was born near Greenville, Tenn. March 1841 and came to this county in 1882 and her home had been at Cane Hill since that time. She is survived by her husband and eight children, two of whom are ministers in the Southern Presbyterian church which she loved so well. The funeral services were held Sunday afternoon in the Southern Presbyterian church at Cane Hill, conducted by Rev. F.A. Bradshaw, assisted by Rev. Dr. S.W. Davies, and the interment made in the Cane Hill cemetery. [The Springdale News 7/29/1910]
