Lisa Ilene Baker Age 38, a resident of Winslow, Arkansas, passed away Friday, March 1, 2019 at her home. She was born June 30, 1980 in Gravette, Arkansas, the daughter of Joe Nelson and Victoria Ilene (Dunlap) Mansell. Lisa was a loving mother and caregiver to her children. She had no greater wish than to see her children have a good life. She was always happy and willing to help others even if it meant she would go without. Nothing was to big of a sacrifice for her family. Survivors include one son Wesley Clark and one daughter Harley Anne Clark of Winslow, Arkansas; her parents Joe and Victoria Mansell of Winslow, Arkansas; one brother Joseph Mansell of Greenland, Arkansas and two sisters Sandra Burkett of Greenland, Arkansas and Jennifer Reynolds of Winslow, Arkansas.
