DYE, Thomas -At circuit court last week the case of the State against
W.S. Hanna came up. Hanna was charged with the killing of Thomas Dye
at Billingsley some four or five years ago by recklessly firing a pistol on
the street. The verdict of the jury was guilty of involuntary manslaughter,
assessing his punishment at one year in the penitentiary. [Fayetteville
