James H. Bullard, 87, 719 9th St., Clarkston, died yesterday t 5:20 p.m. at Clarkston Rest Haven. He had delt in real estate and operated a second-hand store at Lewiston prior to his retirement. Mr. Bullard was born on March 30, 1873, in Wayne Township, Ind. He moved with his family to Kansas when a child. He took up a homestead in Grand County, Kan., as a young man. In 1911, he moved to eastern Colorado and then came to Lewiston in 1914, living there a number of years before moving to Clarkston. He was married to Lulu Mae Morgan in 1895 in Kansas. She died in 1914. He was married to Grace Young in Lewiston. She died in 1939. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Rose Buck, Los Angeles, and seven sons: Lee Bullard, Clarkston; Albert, Grants Pass, Ore.; Marshall, Medford, Ore.; Jess, Tulsa, Okla.; Paul, West Fork, Ark.; Oscar, Tacoma, and John, whose present address could not immediately be determined.
