G.C. ABERCROMBIE, Sr.

Prairie Grove - George Clinton Abercrombie, Sr., 85, died of a heart attack Tuesday afternoon at Russell, Kansas.

He was a former resident of Prairie Grove and was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Prairie Grove.

He is survived by one son, George C Jr. Abercrombie of Prairie Grove; two grandsons of Prairie Grove; four brothers, Harris of Prairie Grove, Cliff of Omaha, Ill, Will of Idaho and Jim of Siloam Springs; one sister, Molie of Springtown, Wash.

Funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m., Friday at the Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove with the Masons in Charge of graveside services at the Prairie Grove Cemetery.
