Wilma Jean "Jeanie" Lofton

Wilma J. Lofton, 78, of South Sioux, Neb., passed away, April 26, 2014, at Colonial Manor Nursing Home in South Sioux, Neb. She was born March 29, 1936, in West Fork, Ark., to Austin Winn and Lucile Kisinger Winn.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Ricky Lofton; grandson, Austin Lofton; sister, Caroline Hayes.

Survivors include her son, Mark Lofton and wife, Cynthia, of Lawton, Iowa; brother, Kenneth Winn of West Fork; four sisters, Roble Hayes of West Fork, Betty Paschal of Greenland, Debbie Franklin of Huntsville and Connie Woods of Louisiana; two grandsons, Brock Lofton and Blake Lofton; great-grandson, Ryan Lofton; and several other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 30, 2014, at Beards Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Ervin Hutchins officiating. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. Burial will be at Union Star Cemetery in West Fork.
