B. Faye Ashcraft was born on February 22, 1948, in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, to Bill and Mabel Masters. She was the youngest of seven children. Faye grew up in Ray County, Missouri, and went on to have three sons, Brent, Jeff, and John. Her boys were her world. Faye married James Franklin Ashcraft on August 6, 1983, and they shared a beautiful life together in Arkansas.
Faye was always a hard worker and, most recently, was a longtime employee of Tyson. She loved her family fiercely, was an amazing friend, and had a love for thrift shops.
Faye was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Mabel Masters; her siblings, Bill Masters Jr., Betty Masters Blair, Bert Masters, Bonnie Masters Kent, and Boyd Masters; and her husband, James Ashcraft.
She is survived by her children, Brent (Nicole) Stoufer of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; Jeff Dehn of Jacksonville, Arkansas; and John (Megan) Ashcraft of Overland Park, Kansas; her sister, Barbara Masters Westerhouse; her grandchildren, Magen, Abygale, Josh, Jeffery James, Haley, Noah, Dylan, Elizabeth, and Claire; great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends.
Faye will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
The family will receive friends Friday, August 14, 2026, 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM at the Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove, Arkansas.
